I want to make this clear, because I feel I haven’t done so thus far.
We’re not in the business we claim to be. There’s a difference between the business PD is in, and the business I am in, and when I say I, I include you in that statement.
We, are in the business of leading people. At some point in their growth, all businesses become a people business. And people need leadership. In our case, it’s clients and staff, contractors, and even advisors.
We lead.
If you’ve been paying attention, I’ve been removing myself from the “work” and investing more time thinking, planning, strategizing, and leading people.
