Discomfort From Disagreements

Why are disagreements uncomfortable?

Man, what a big thing.

Internal: To be liked. Not to be rejected. Not to become an outcast.

External: Not wanting the person to feel unliked, rejected, or an outcast.

What does the internal say about you?
What does the external say about your perception (or understanding) of the other?

What a beautiful place to be when you can disagree and know your relationships are strong, and get stronger through your debates, discussions, and decisions.
